  1. If Warren Ellis is going to be writing something in this title in the future, I’m going to need to check that out.

  2. “in a story by Peter David and your favorite artist!”

Seriously? Not in the cover nor in the solicit?

  3. I love Kaare Andrews and Peter David, but I’m too crazy on the the description of the two team ups. I guess this book is going to be a “check it out in the LCS to see if the issue looks good” kind of book every month

  4. I wonder when they changed the first story to the Black Widow/Rogue story by Bachalo? Not that I haven’t seen them do that in the past, but this one seems like it was under wraps for some time.

Now that I’ve read the issue I’m beginning to come to an unhappy realization; what I want for comics isn’t what everyone else wants for comics. I thought the first and second issues of this series were awesome, exactly where I want comics to be heading. Multiple stories per issue, fun stories that you don’t need to know anything to pick up, different established creators (I always hated how Marvel Comics Presents was basically 1 known artist, then a testing ground for beginners). This book makes me feel like I’m reading Marvel’s take on Heavy Metal or 2000AD, and I love it so far. It doesn’t seem to be one of the more popular or highly rated series, but like I said, perhaps I don’t want for comics what other people do. Oh well, still a very cool series that I’ll keep picking up.

  5. This comic’s actual cover is different: it has Black Widow & Rogue. And that story replaces the Spidey/Beast tale. FYI if you’re looking for this on the racks.

  6. I think I’d enjoy this title if it was one story per issue, the stories seem rushed with 2 per issue
