Great episode, YJ was the better show this week IMO. In fact I think the best one’s inthe series are the episodes written by Peter David (ex: “Impulse”). I loved how most of the team showed up at the right moment working together to take down Green Beetle, I never suspected Beast Boy was hiding out in Bialya in disguise. Also loved how the whole Blue Beetle history was explained (far better than “Batman: B & B” did), it seems like Dan Garnet and Ted Kord have been forgotten despite being the first 2 Blue Beetles. It’s a little ironic, I had a debate with someone else in a different article about how Jaime Reyes doesn’t get the outside media awareness he deserves, but in this episode he was the most popular hero on earth for almost 2 months.
Lagoon Boy is a douche. Glad he got dumped.

I loved this one. I don’t understand why Flash isn’t getting any screen time, he’s a founding member and I’m surprised that Captain Atom has taken the leadership role over him. And I need more Dr. Fate.
Flash never gets the respect he deserves, we’re lucky Kid Flash and Impulse have gotten so much screen time. Although I don’t know if Barry is leadership material, I’d personally vote for Aquaman (who gets even less respect) since he’s the King of Atlantis and all.
i believe the creators of the show explained that the league votes in a new leader every year. currently that’s captain atom.

Conor, two things. 1. Have you read the Young Justice comic books? And if so, 2. Do the Young Justice comic books tell different stories or just retell the tv show?
I read all 25 issues. Mentioned it on the show a few times and it’s shown up in Light Week and Best of the Week in Panels a bunch of times.
It tells different stories written by the show producers.
Yeah it’s like inbetween episodes kind of issues.

Cartoon Network really sucks if they are going to cancel a great show like this.Great animation and story,what’s not to love? Any idea why they are cancelling Young Justice? Look forward to this show every Saturday morning,it will suck when no more new episodes will be on.
It didn’t generate enough money from toy and merchandise sales which is what most of these cartoons exist to do.
