Before Christopher Nolan got his super-talented hands on Batman Begins, Frank Miller was attached to the project, as were the infamous Wachowski Brothers.

The Wachowski Brothers have basically proposed an adaption of — ironically — Frank Miller’s Batman: Year One storyline.
I haven’t read Frank Miller’s screenplay yet because I am afraid.

Okay, I finally read Miller’s script and it’s… uh, different. And disturbing.
Jim Gordon is the main character of this script and Miller clearly wants to be writing a Gordon movie, and he should because he writes a kickass Gordon.
But…
In the script, Gordon describes The Bat-Man as a “dangeous psychopath” and, really, that’s an understatement.
The coolest part about the script is that it incorporates not only scenes and dialogue from BATMAN; YEAR ONE, but BATMAN: THE DARK KNIGHT RETURNS, too.
But this Bat-Man… wooo…
