@DiarmaidDineen Heh, haven’t written it out in a while. Maybe ever. Rookie mistake.
Phil Noto. Wow.
God. I fucking love this feature
That Black Adam piece is AWESOME. Also universe? Thanks for putting Samnee on a Cap book.
Michael Cho & Mitch Gerards are geniuses! I must get comics that they have drawn now!!!
LOVE Noto, but what’s up with GA’s left hand? haha!
That Black Adam piece is gorgeous, and that Samnee sure knows who to do showwork. oy!
Everything is really great this week. That Black Adam is about the best thing I’ve ever seen.
Hopefully people pick up “That Hellbound Train” in June, Dave Wachter’s first published work, I believe.
That Samnee piece is incredible. Even in the midst of the action Cap takes a moment to pay tribute to the ones he feels are the real heroes.
I’m loving the sketches Phil Noto is producing and that Samnee Cap piece is f’n amazing!
That is one large wampa.
@DiarmaidDineen – LOL
Maybe it’s something about this week or it might be the Scott’s irresistable influence, but I’ve been drawing/thinking a lot (more then usual) about Star Wars too. Very cool.
Noto=Nice
Skottie Young just keeps impressing me over and over.
That last Capt. America is pretty darn inspiring.
I love the last Cap image too, Cap overlaid 5 iconic WWII images (the Victory Kiss, Patton in front of the flag, bombers flying, Rosie the Rivetter and the Tuskgegee Airmen)
Oh my god that Black Adam sketch is amazing.
Was just about to say the same thing . . .
That Black Adam sketch is fantastic; The emotion and power . . .
God I love his feature so much. That Hammerhead is bad ass. The Atomiks one is great. And Black Adam? WOW!
Noto should be working on anything retro relevant. Imagine him doing covers for agents of Atlas, maybe someone would have bought it.
The Hammerhead/chuckles IS something else!
@ccarney RIGHT?!
Love the Esquire cover…and Chris Samnee has an awesome style
