Once again, Shimizu handles light in a way few other cover artists do. The colored lines really do make a difference. Something about the palette harkens to colorized film, lending it both an otherworldly quality and antique elegance.

What about that Unwritten cover ISN’T perfect? The beams of light seem to mesh with the wings and golden hair seamlessly. I like the perspective a lot too.
Hellraiser cover is simply amazing with the depth conveyed in such a small space as the mouth.
