Like the picture says, and I'm shocked that I didn't see this coming, but apparently the really secure community isn't quite so secure, and ironically, it will trap the people inside. I know, right? Here I am thinking the series will just revert to being about the mundane bureaucracy of a small community. Oh well. This could be fun too.
