The first issue was a lot of fun, and looked real good. I don't expect any less with the second issue, and I'm sure that you'll be able to follow along just fine. In case you're worried, Conan took over a pirate ship, and then everyone was killed except him, a hot princess, and another dude. They took off after landing on a beach. NEXT! This cover suggests he'll be assaulted by some tentacles, so it'll be huge in some markets, if nothing else. Seriously though, it was fun. Do it!

I absolutely loved the minx original graphic novel The New York Four by Wood & Kelly, and when Wood told us years ago that he had a sequel in the works and it would be published by Vertigo, I giggled in anticipation. Finally, it's here – the first issue of the sequel, The New York Five. If you like teen drama and New York City, then you must read this book. It took two years for this winner of Top Cow's Pilot Season to finally make it to the stands. If you saw the show that we did on Top Cow then you know that we were all big fans of this quirky entry from Troy Hickman about a young (possibly mentally ill) girl who puts on a mask and patrols her quiet suburban neighborhood. It was a delightful one-shot and I'm hoping for more in this series.

I’ll be picking up Twilight Guardian, since you guys piqued my interest with your video show. I ordered the Pilot Season issue and will hopefully get it this week.
