Kneel Before Nic Cage!

This is just downright bizarre. Thanks to Patrick for tipping us off that Nicolas Cage had a kid, and named him Kal-El Coppola Cage.

Let me state that again: He named his kid Kal-El.

I don’t know about you, but this sure doesn’t make up for selling off his comic book collection a few years ago. I seriously don’t know whether to praise him for being a fanboy or make fun for the absurdity of it.

    i don’t think there is any doubt he is a high ranking fanboy.
    sure selling his collection…crazy…but he just joined that cult and all. they probably made him do it to show his loyalty…

    cage is kinda like kevin smith, only cage makes me feel dirty

    Jon Stewart did a bit on this yesterday. It was funny.
