In case you were curious, Stuart Immonen has been spending the past few weeks constantly designing hammers. He's been at Home Depot for reference and has been forced to come up with 97 different Asgardian hammer designs. No easy feat.
Today we get hammer #4 from Fear Itself, and this time we have Dracula, Sin and Storm all grabbing for it. Now, previously it's been 2 heroes and 1 villain, but I don't know where Dracula lies on that scale. Plus, Dracula and Storm have a connection, but Sin, not so much. I think these teasers are beyond speculation.

so i guess it’s safe to assume that since Thor is suposed to be one of the two main characters of this series (the other being Cap), then his biggest fear is that his power (ie his hammer) falls into the wrong hands…

My guess is a variation on the Green Lantern colored rings. There are multiple hammers …

Considering the last event (Siege) dealt with Asgard I’m not very thrilled with this so far.
Then again I remember a Talksplode y’all had with Remender (Episode 14)when he was writing Dr. Voodoo… Didn’t he say Nightmare and more of the mystical elements of the Marvel U were going to take center stage? Makes sense the “Fear Itself” tagline and the green theme.
Based on the solicits, I think this will be more along the lines of Sinestro Corp. People from all over the Marvel U who become the champions of the God of Fear. Each champion gets a hammer (ring).
Grey Gargoyle is definitely one of them based on the solicit talking about about a city turned to stone.

Each Hammer represents a different emotion. Thanos is gonna crawl out of that void dimension to clame the Hammer of Death, Hulk gets the Hammer of Rage, Dr Doom picks up the Hammer of Greed, Norman Green Goblin Osborn gets the Hammer of Fear, Thor’s Mjorlinor is the Hammer of Will, Steve Rogers get the Hammer of Hope, Storm picks up the Hammer of Compassion, Invisible Woman takes the Hammer of Love and Jean Grey returns at the White Pheonix weilding the Hammer of Life…
And were all gonna get little plastic pendents of the different Hammer to collect, it will be awsome!

This is just one guy’s thoughts, but Dracula needs a redesign, like immediately. That is a ridiculous costume. Even in comic terms, it is just silly.
