EXCLUSIVE PREVIEW: Screamland #3

When I first saw an issue Screamland, I had an instant idea of what it was about.  It tied into Hollywood and horror movies specifically.  Sure enough, Screamland has established itself as the comic book for fans of the old Hollywood horror movie characters as it humorously navigates through the world today.

Image Comics provided us with an exclusive sneak peek at the third issue of the ongoing Screamland series.  The setting of the issue is a horror film con, an environment that us comic fans can definitely relate to.  The Invisible Man's been killed and the hunt for the killer continues at the con, FantasyScapeCon.  Add in the Wolfman and you've got the makings of a comic book that's a blast to read and filled with laughs and some pretty hardcore fights.  But they don't stop there! Throw in the secret truth behind an alien menace, and you've got a guaranteed fun read.

Screamland #3 is in comic shops next Wednesday, August 3, 2011 and sells for $2.99
