February 29, 2012 3:00 pm Alan Moore has not written a prequel or sequel to The Wonderful Wizard of Oz or Alice in Wonderland, while DC is launching Before Watchmen. To me that's a huge difference. Furthermore, like it or not, Lost Girls or The League Of....are a genuine creative attempt to put well known characters in a complete different contest while Before Watchmen looks like a simple commercial move. My two cents...
