They've heard about the DC reboot on the news, they need a present for a comic reader, they see the $150 price tag and the siza of the book ("over a thousand pages of funny books, wow!"), and they whip out their credit cards.

If this isn't something you'd buy for yourself, start practicing your phony smile and sincere-sounding expression of gratitude, in case one shows up under your tree (or wherever). Cheer up, you can always unload it on eBay for half price in a month or so.
