Name: Mindy Steffen

Bio: I'm "MindyIndy" because I do independent comics and my name is Mindy and it rhymes :)  I just started a new web comic called AERHEAD.  It's on www.mindyindy.com and I'm super excited about it!  Surfer dude has endless deja vu (that's what it's leading up to, but I don't want to give the rest away).  I do it all by hand - from the watercolors to the lettering.I joined this site because I found out about it at this year's New York Comic Con, and it seemed cool.  I grew up reading manga (I had to practically hunt for it, unlike now, where it's everywhere :P )  The manga influence shows up somewhat in my work, but I've gotten away from that and formed my own style.
