August 19, 2013 1:04 pm I personally do not pirate, but pirating has been, and will always be there. It's just like hacking. There will always be people who do this, and there's no way to stop them.
June 17, 2013 2:04 pm @charlesp1138 Wow. That reader is really cool. I would love to be able to see something similar to that take off. I love how you can see the references to things. Stuff I wouldn't have even noticed before, like the beer on page 1. Really cool!
December 21, 2012 12:24 am This was fantastic! I really enjoyed the Amazon gift card.
November 19, 2012 4:34 pm Agreed. I am all digital too, and I read almost NO marvel because they don't go down $1 after a month. There are a few books that I will get for full price. Mostly just Manhattan Projects, Batman, and Chew. And that's mostly because I read iFanboy constantly and don't want anything to get spoiled. All my other books, I just wait until they go down in price. Like you Jim, it's much easier for me to meet my wife's eyes when she asks me about my comic book spending if I can say, "They were all $1.99."
October 12, 2012 5:35 pm Yep, that was awesome blue!
October 12, 2012 2:37 pm Just when I thought my day couldn't get better, here it is!
October 11, 2012 1:33 pm Man. Where is this cover in the digital release?
October 9, 2012 3:43 pm +1 on this. I'm not completely caught up on them, but I love the digital releases on LOTDK. It's a lot of fun to read, and I love that it comes out on a weekly basis. Totally worth the digital buy. Plus, you save money, $.99/chapter vs. $3.99/3 chapters. Just save a buck and read them digitally. :)
October 1, 2012 3:39 pm It seems like this same conversation comes up over and over. The fact of the matter is DC is a company, and the ONLY REAL THING a company will ever understand is MONEY. Comics is a small community so we like to think that our input can help, but money never lies. So if you don't like what DC has done, STOP BUYING THE BOOKS! I don't understand why this is so difficult for people to understand. If the New 52 was a big flop financially things would be back the way they were before. But, since everyone still buys the books, but just complain about them, nothing will change. I personally love the New 52, and have never bought so many DC books. I wouldn't change a single thing.
