November 20, 2012 2:23 pm The first issue was fun! I only wish Blue Devil would go back to his original look...
May 21, 2012 2:38 pm Amen... loved the book!
May 21, 2012 2:25 pm Who wouldn't want a book drawn by Neal Adams? I am no X-Men fan but I'll be getting this...
May 8, 2012 12:15 pm I'm guessing the people saying 'Spider-Man 3', 'Ghost Rider', and the like, haven't really seen the horrid films on this list. They also aren't aware how bad we children of the 70's had it when it came to Marvel films. Having said that, the Reb Brown Captain America films deserve a mention. I remember being so disappointed with them. 'Spider-Man 3' or 'Ghost Rider' would have been seen as masterpieces simply for the fact they were remotely like the comics I read. Marvel movies and TV in the 70's shared a name and that was about it...
February 14, 2012 5:42 pm @thompsonlive If I'm not mistaken you've said you are a new reader to DC, so it stands to reason you've never read any DC parallel earth stories before. So how do you know they are a confusing mess? Maybe try them first before writing them off and getting angry at DC about them?
February 14, 2012 5:31 pm This is a real kick in the pants. He was AMAZING. R.I.P.
February 13, 2012 6:54 pm @Kelly Maybe the scenario of a character meeting a doppelganger of himself might be a great way for us to learn about him by showing the differences with his alternate version? I dunno, I get what you are saying though.
February 13, 2012 6:27 pm I'm not sure why the idea of a character meeting a different version of themselves is nothing other than a cool concept? How many issues do you need published before it's okay to explore this great concept?
February 13, 2012 6:16 pm I know you posed this question to Conor but speaking for myself the first comic I ever read was a JSA/JLA Crossover and I loved the hell out of it and the characters... so in my case NO it doesn't matter.
February 13, 2012 5:56 pm I wouldn't have had a problem with it..... sure it wouldn't have been as effective, but it didn't air one week after the first episode. Nor is Earth Two debuting One month after the DC relaunch (It's almost a year after). Nor do we live in a vacuum as any new reader is going to be aware Superman existed before August of 2011. The main complaint about this Earth-2 thing is it's too complex to bother with. That's what I was addressing, not the main point in your article of timing ( I enjoyed your article... I didn't agree with it at all, but I enjoyed it!)
