Six pages into this and I knew that this was going to be one of those comics that I would be angry at people for not reading. The comic begins with our main character beheading a beautiful, sharp toothed woman, who continues to scream even after the beheading, and the story speeds along from there. The main character is a strange older man with missing teeth and the apparent ability to smell evil. He is spectacularly on edge. He seems always on the verge of committing horrible violence. Savage is the right word for this him. His discomfort with the world and his violent nature make this book both suspenseful and hilarious. This book is like an incredibly fun horror movie.
