The very fact that Kirkman is writing Oliver for us to come to hate him is the sole reason I like Oliver. Usually, I hate super-powered kiddie heroes with a passion, but the cliche has been turned on it's ear here as we get the first clues to his machinations, his duplicity... and that as we might have suspected with the look on Mark's face at the end of last issue, that they will eventually come to blows. Although there wasn't much action in this issue, there was some solid character development, most notably on Eve, who I love more every time we encounter her. The art, as always, was great and showed real emotion. I audibly gasped at the last panel. This creative team has me absolutely wrapped around their finger.
