How could you possibly follow up with an epic conclusion like Green Lantern #20? It feels odd after everything "ended". We get a tiny bit of story with Hal and Carol but it feels like the relationship that never goes anywhere which I guess is the irony (and the point) of their interaction in this issue. The art felt uneven, to the point where sometime Hal didn't look like he had a neck. The best part of the story is the reveal of the new GL recruits and I'm definitely looking forward to the new villains. Will be reading for the next few issues but I'm hoping things really pick up and we get more Hal.
