What can I say? This issue was fun, but was it necessary?

Nicieza has more time with Bart, thus he’s established a voice for him which he uses to great effect here.

The story is pretty much an ad for a future story arc of Teen Titans, which makes you wonder why this wasn’t an issue of Teen Titans to begin with. But, that being said, it was still fun.

If anything, this felt more like a pilot for a Kid Flash show or an upcoming DC Nation short.
