As the Ute decide whether to offer help or simply kill the Lone Ranger on the spot, we begin to learn the secrets of Tonto’s past. How did Tonto come to be the brave without a tribe who discovered John Reid after the Cavendish gang’s ambush? All will be revealed in the Native Ground arc.

Continue to be amazed at how this wonderful book is always overlooked. Looking forward to the new arc after the very good 6 part opening arc. I guess people just think Lone Ranger is “square”..? Too bad, Dynamite’s take has him no more square than your run-of-the-mill DC hero. I still think the LR/Tonto pairing is one of the more intriguing duos in comics/adventures.
