   Oh hey, Scott Snyder/Becky Cloonan on a second helping of Swamp Thing in one month? Just take my money already….DC really knows how to give the fans what they want when it’s a damn good thing.

   Are Snyder and Clooney dating or something? First she does an issue of Batman, now Swampy. I think her style is too light and cartoonish for both books but she didn’t completely ruin this issue for me. She drew Arcane better than I expected. I liked the castle, the romance, and Arcane’s creepy “suit”. But like another person here said, this story felt pretty unnecessary. Can’t wait for #14 though. (P.S. The style of the framing art was more appropriate to the feel of this title.)

     I didn’t think her style fit Batman at all, either. I thought it was the worst issue of the run. The art later in that book kicked ass though, but it couldn’t save the comic.

     I didn’t pick this up, I haven’t been thrilled with Swamp Thing and the art didn’t sell me on this. But I have plenty of other books to read.
