Good article.

I don't know what it is about comics but simple explinations always work for me, like Bruce Banner and Gamma Rays. I know that it doesn't happen but I just go "eh" and read on. If the comic does get a little too detailed with its facts then I do become critical on how stuff works.

@gobo I knew you'd have this reaction ;). I think it's just a taste thing, honestly, like I said the guy is a great artist. He's got a great style to his line, I just have a hard time tranistioning from panel to panel with his work. Might be an experiance thing as well.

I agree with that feeling Mike, I've been going through this a bit myself. If it's not a title I'm 100% excited for then it gets put to the side for a week or two. It has a lot to do with time managment as well, I feel guilty reading comics when I have to write a review for some video game or book.

I love Allreds art and his ideas. He's such a creative guy, but I'm not a huge fan of his sequental work. To me, they just don't flow as well as some other artists. I've only read the first Madman volume and the stuff in Wednesday Comics and because of the ackwardness of it I've put off on picking up anything else.

After reading this I want to go back and check out his other works. Nicely done Ben :)

May 12, 2010 3:27 pm Going to be in the minority here but I didn't care too much for Fallout 3. It was the presentation not anything having to do with story so the comic does intrest me; however, if I have to by New Vegas to check it out I'll skip it.

@JimmyOlsen Steve probably doesn't want to be out in the open right now and wants Bucky to keep the shield. I do agree with you about Nova, but the corps is building pretty big again so I can see him being able to leave it from time to time.

I had to do the Heavy Ink thing this year, (not LCS) picked up: Iron Man/Thor, Aspen, and Artifacts. I wanted to pick up Yow, Six Gun, Del Rey, and The Tick but I was slightly more intrested in these three titles.

 Also have someone sending the Archie Summer Splash, I've never read an Archie comic and thanks to Conor I want to check one out.
