Name: Frank Fuentes

Bio: New-ish comic reader. Okay fairly new. Only been reading them for a couple months. Started with The Walking Dead and expanded to many others. Some of what I'm liking now include Thief of Thieves, Saga, Batwoman, Batman, Green Lantern, Wonder Woman, Spawn, The Flash, Justice League, Iron Man and Ultimate Comics Spider-Man.

June 1, 2012 1:09 pm I'm very satisfied by the announcement. I understand that as a business DC needs to publicize things from time to time. That's just the way things work. With this news and the fact that they killed off their golden trinity in issue 1, I'm much more excited for what's to come in Earth 2 than Earth 1.
May 11, 2012 1:11 pm Can we hurry up and give Hal Jordan back a fully working ring? Anyway, I've been mostly enjoying this one. Been trying to stick with it in hopes it will get better since Green Lantern is one of my favorites.
May 11, 2012 1:10 pm I was finding it hard to like Damian in the earlier books but this one might have did it for me. His fight with the talon was well done and showed off his tactical and strategic fighting skills. His age still irks me though. Every time I see him get hurt I'm thinking, "This is just a kid!"
May 11, 2012 1:06 pm I guess his tank bat suit wasn't as badass as he thought? Still, a very good issue. I couldn't put it down.
May 3, 2012 12:29 pm Everything about this book was awesome. Still not happy about how things ended for the super trio, but I'll hold off judgement until I see what they are going to do next. So, I read somewhere that the boom tube at the end was going to lead the super sidekicks into the New 52 universe. Is that true? Does that mean we'll see them pop up in an upcoming Batman or Superman book?
May 3, 2012 12:25 pm I guess those are understandable reasons for Captain America doing what he did. But still, it came across as dirty.
May 2, 2012 11:18 pm I lied in a previous comment about Earth 2 being the first I read this morning. This one was. After Twitter exploded about this comic over the weekend, I just had to pick this up. SO GLAD I DID. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this and I can't wait to read the other titles Valiant has coming out this summer. Everyone should pick this up!
May 2, 2012 10:41 pm This was the first comic I read this morning and it started things off with a blast! This was awesome. Everything about this had me excited. I especially loved Batman and Wonder Woman's suits. I was pretty depressed at the end, but I definitely loved reading this. No idea where they go from here though.
May 2, 2012 10:37 pm Saw this in the store today and was immediately blown away by how wonderful the cover art is when you see it in person. Gave it a quick flip, dug the rest of the art, so I bought it. This is one splendidly long comic! Finished it on the way home today and I can't wait to read the next issue. Everyone should try to make room on their pulllist for this one.
May 2, 2012 10:30 pm Yeah I think he's totally going to die. I mean, Nolan has hinted as much throw out the movies. Especially in the last movie, there's a line that goes "You either die a hero or live to become a villain." It's likely that Batman's death is the only thing that will ensure he is both a hero and a legend. Plus, a hard ending like this fits perfectly because unlike the other heroes, Batman is just a man in a suit. Besides, in this Batman universe, he's the only hero. There is no Superman, Green Lantern or Wonder Woman. I remember reading a rumor a year or so ago that WB wanted to reboot the movies after this one is released with Nolan as producer. I guess the idea is to have a Batman that will fit into the DC universe so they can do a Justice League movie in the future.
