Bio: i'm a comic book addict and i can't stop. the new 52 got me to buy more dc books, i'm buying a lot of both dc and marvel books, because i enjoy reading comics the old fashioned way, but i'll read online books as well, when money was low in the past i had to stop buying for a while and thought i stopped cold turkey who knows if times will be tough again. part of the challenge is finding a book you never thought you would like and be surprised, and find the back issues. i add and drop books some weeks. i wish every book every week was five stars, but i come back to the store every week, and try to keep under budget, hope your store gives you a discount or days when you can find specials or half price on back issues. i even have a list of trade paperbacks i may someday buy or find at a half price books store. price does take its toll on me, but so does not wanting to wait to get a comic book fix. its hard to believe there were slow weeks where i barely had enough to read. i love the competition between the two companies and all the creators in between.
