Name: Harper Harris

Bio: I'm mostly a DC guy...unlike a lot of comics people, I started with more indie stuff: crime comics like Stray Bullets and horror stuff like Walking Dead.  The Long Halloween got me into Batman, and through a slow Vertigo filled process (Swamp Thing, Animal Man) I slowly built myself up to becoming a DCU man.  I'm a Crisis aficionado, so I love the big events.  I've been a collector of TPB's for many years, but this year has been the start of a love for singles.

Can’t believe this isn’t getting more pulls!  I guess the small(er) name publisher really just lessens how much people hear…

A little disappointing, mostly because it had nothing/little to do with the actual LoD.  Just some minor unknown supervillain getting…

I really loved this, as a fan of most or all of the characters involved.  I was pleasantly surprised that…

September 12, 2012 11:06 pm I haven't read the first volume...anybody that's read this, could you tell me if this would spoil that first volume?
September 6, 2012 10:12 pm Yes! Dragon*Con consistently has the best cosplay every year! I myself went this year as a member of the Court of the Owls and Pajama Finn from Adventure Time!
August 30, 2012 12:17 pm Yeah I know they're doing the audio version. Just hoped I could watch it later, lots of livestreaming sites give the option to record and have it be viewable later.
August 30, 2012 9:44 am Will it be recorded? I might miss the live version but I'd love to watch it later!
August 28, 2012 2:58 pm I've read up to vol. 4. I'll prob wait to hear and make sure it doesn't have spoilers before I read. L&K is one of my favorite series EVER!
August 27, 2012 3:00 am Sorry to be a dork, but minor correction: "For the Man Who Has Everything" is in Superman Annual #11, not Action Comics Annual #11. Just figured it out trying to add it to my wishlist!
August 21, 2012 1:22 am This book really was soooo boring. Unlike most folks, I enjoyed the first issue, but it was just "which extremely generic element style villain will Superman fight dully this month?" every single time. It'll be interesting to see if that will change when the new creative team takes over.
August 17, 2012 1:49 pm It's not often that I literally gasp out loud and stare at a final page for a few minutes. POTW
July 12, 2012 11:59 pm Daaaamn did they give those masks out??! I really need one for my Dragon*Con costume...
June 5, 2012 9:35 pm The introduction to Justice really changed the way I think about villains: when villains are written right, they think they are doing the right thing. Nobody (okay, almost nobody) sets out to be evil. Good villains (oxymoron?) set out to do what they think is making the world a better place, either for themselves or for some misguided sense of what everyone else needs.
