I was lucky enough to meet and talk with Chris at ECCC this past weekend. He is an incredibly down to earth guy and willing to talk with fans. I got him to sign my Thor: The Mighty Avenger and we talked about the series getting canceled. He was very open and honest about how much it sucked for him to find out the series was getting canceled and how much he loved drawing the comics.
Next year, provided he is at ECCC again, I will definitely buy a commission from him.
March 8, 2011 12:49 am I love this comic. I picked up a copy of the limited edition hardcover they made for ECCC. Even got 'Zub to sign it for me! :)
February 22, 2011 1:24 am sorry for the huge post! I wasn't aware that it was going to format that way.

I swear I read comics! Too many floppy's on a weekly basis, at least until I cut back recently. Maybe now I will have time to read some of these.

February 22, 2011 12:48 am Invincible. All the way. Can you imagine some of the fights?
February 19, 2011 1:34 am I too moved to an area that doesn't have a solid store option, so I switched to an online service; however, I get my books on a weekly basis. I use heavyink.com and I love them! I can make changes to my subscriptions right up to Wednesday when they pull and ship me my books. I usually get my books when I get home from work on Friday or on Saturday. Then I have the weekend to read them and listen to the podcast on Monday. :) I'm a happy camper.

I will say it has helped me cut down on the superfluous books I was buying buy not really enjoying.

I cannot wait to see this movie now! The first trailer really didn't really hook me, but this one totally did.
February 17, 2011 4:17 pm I'm kind of getting tired of the constant re-launch of Punisher. Also, I agree with the thoughts about adding Ghost Rider to the mix. The story line that Jason Aaron did was awesome (at least in the begining; it got a little hairy at the end). I had never really been interested in GH before that, so I would love to read more.
February 17, 2011 4:10 pm That Fables panel is fantastic! or should I say uncanny? See what I did there?
February 9, 2011 12:48 am @moodydoom  ECCC is very much worth it. I have been going for several years now and it is a blast. It is honestly all about the comics. You actually get to spend time talking with writers, artists, editors, etc. This years line up is fantastic! Sure, there is still the movie/tv people appearances, but I don't even pay attention to those really. I go for the comics and I have a fantastic time.
