May 4, 2014 2:28 am I fall somewhere between Timmy & Conor - parts were fun but I walked out feeling really unsatisfied. When I saw how many people were given story & script credit it made perfect sense - too many cooks, indeed. And did anyone else feel like they lifted the ending straight out of The Incredibles?
September 1, 2013 6:39 pm There's no adequate way to thank you guys for everything this site has meant to me; it has truly been a beacon of sanity in a sea of madness. Like the old toast says: may the road rise to meet your feet, may the wind be ever at your back. And iFanbase? Thank you for being the kind of family you are. See you in the comments.
August 29, 2013 8:27 pm No particular order: The Unwritten Fatale Daredevil Hawkeye Astro City We really are spoiled for choice at the moment - this list could be totally different depending on my mood on any given day.
August 7, 2013 1:06 pm Really looking forward to this, & Winter Soldier too. Fingers crossed!
July 19, 2013 11:31 pm I own 3, with plans to eventually acquire another 2. For me personally, there have never been any regrets. My collecting nowadays focuses more on hardbacks, trades & special editions, so bear that in mind! The IDW books are very expensive & a pain in the ass to store but they give you a perspective on the artist's work that can only be bettered by owning the original pieces - mine never stay on the shelf for very long! You absolutely must see them in person - they are overwhelming in the flesh - & preferably get a peek inside. These are a different beast from any other published versions of the stories - the spotlight is firmly on the artwork. Do I want to own every single one? No. Am I deliriously happy with the ones I have (& will have)? Oh god yes! Good luck :)

July 3, 2013 5:10 pm Too much fun! Pitch-perfect script & gorgeous art, & the "squared" presentation works a treat. I'm in!
June 5, 2013 2:07 pm A superb book & a great choice. Take a bow, Conor!
May 23, 2013 1:42 am Spot on in every respect, Conor. And as if his interior work wasn't enough, Samnee's cover is simply inspired. What a book!
