BATMAN #23
August 12, 2013 6:15 pm I feel guilty for not picking this up this week to save money for next semester. Scott Snyder, Greg Capullo, Danny Miki and FCO Plascencia have been making Batman look amazing every issue. Once I get some extra change, I will pick this up in trade down the line.

New Comics for 08.13.2013 is going to stick with ‘The Lone Ranger’
August 12, 2013 4:24 pm Pretty big week with Saga, Thor and Trillium (late shipment).
BQ: I'm really pulling for The World's End to be great, but we will see.

THE MANHATTAN PROJECTS #13
August 6, 2013 6:34 pm @WheelHands To be more clear, I would still want the story inside, but with the covers preceding the original issue published. So like a hardcover similar to the Y the Last Man Deluxe Editions.

August 6, 2013 2:21 pm Does Nick Pitarra do the cover art or is it someone else? Either way, kudos to them.

August 5, 2013 11:04 pm I wish the trades showcased the covers. Maybe in the future they'll put out a deluxe edition with all of them in it.

New Comics for 08.07.2013 are Working in a Coal Mine, Goin’ Down Down Down
August 5, 2013 7:40 pm Just Trillium for me this week, but that's fine.
BQ: I had to clean up "love juice" from the pillow section at the retail store I work at. The worst part is the kid's section is two isles down. I'm quitting soon once my next orientation begins at a different job.

TRILLIUM #1
August 5, 2013 6:02 pm The way you are foretelling Trillium, it may be a prequel to Rollerball. Anyways, this is my only issue I'm picking up this week and I am stoked.

FF #10
July 31, 2013 11:38 pm The melting pot of characters here is glorious and fun. I do get antsy too when the adventures unfold.

FF #10
July 31, 2013 3:53 pm It is supposed to mirror the original Fantastic Four, so I see why he did it. In Fantastic Four #10, Stan Lee and Jack Kirby made an appearance in the story, which is probably why Fraction and Allred show up.
