October 12, 2011 8:29 pm You lost me at time travel. Don't get me wrong I like The Shadow but there is no reason to keep him stuck as a 1930's character. Even one temporally displaced to the modern day. I'm just sayin'. Would love to see someone do a modern take on what this character could be like...
May 9, 2011 1:39 pm The weird thing about is, wouldn't their first appearance in the book have to be real in order for him to learn about the shipment?  I mean that's a pretty big hole to be driving a plot through.  His imaginary Avenger friends tell him about the possible new kingpin of LA and the illegal shipment he has coming into port so he can go investigate it.  Unless I missed something in that issue it doesn't make a whole lot of sense as it is.  Maybe it will be explained later or is just a bad plot device.  Who knows...
March 17, 2011 3:32 pm It hit me like a ton a bricks (if only cause I was just talking about this guy with a friend) but Tyler Labine should be the new Foggy.  I personally think that would be brilliant casting.  Yeah he usually plays the goofy slacker friend but he was also an ADA on several episodes of Boston Legal.  And he played it completely straight.  For my money he would be perfect...
January 19, 2011 4:02 am I'm not even sure how this list can even exist without Rick Jones.  But that's probably just me...
March 23, 2009 1:22 pm My theory is Ron Moore was the GodHigher Power of the BSG universe.  He was the force behind the scenes leading them to their finally destiny.  I realize that's a little obvious in a very duh kind of way.  But I mean that in the sense that he was the actual story element that they referred to as "God."  It came together for me at the very end when Angel Six mentions God and then Angel Baltar says something to the effect of "you know he hates that name."  For half I second I thought maybe they would explain this more in the Caprica series but then it dawned on me why would God hate that?  And then it just clicked for me.  He and his writing staff was literally the hand of fate for the characters on this show.  That and the fact that in the special Ron Moore literally said who cares about the plot its all about the characters.  Which ultimately is why somethings don't get explained.  Which wouldn't have been so bad if the week before the promo hadn't said the truth will be revealed.  So that's my theory and it makes sense to me.

I have to echo some of stuclach's concerns here.  If only because they were my same thoughts when I read this issue.  Bazooka to the eye and SkrullJacket just falls down but an arrow through the jaw and Skrull Queen dies?  That was just nonsensical.  Forget the fact that Skrulljacket appeared to die in Thunderbolts.  Or the fact that Skrull Queen was fighting Wolverine.  He used to be a killer.  Not to mention the art was all over the place.  In the sense that it was muddled and confusing if not consistently so.  I've much more enjoyed the crossover tights than the man one.  And what's up with the hood?  After the big reveal in New Avengers I thought he would, you know, do something more than just shot at the skrulls.

Didn't they already make this book?  Wasn't it called the Ulitmates?  I could be wrong.  I hated that the sent Ulitmate Nick Fury to the New Squadran Supreme universe.  Who thought that was a good idea?  I'm just sayin'...
