I eagerly await the trade :)
They looked awesome
Glad to see DC is finally releasing it
1. Hickman mentioned in some interviews prior to his run that the Fantastic Four has mostly been about Reed and he wanted to get away from that. Killing him off would be the easiest way to do this.
2. You could theoretically get 'back to the status quo' by replacing Reed with one of his altenrate earth duplicates. Even though people coming straight back from the dead is out of the question this would be a fairly seemless way to get back to the original status quo.
3. Killing Sue would make the Fanastic Four full of dudes. Im sure Hickman is aware of the Women in Refridgerators stuff and talk about how Reed is kind of shitty husband to Sue and I think he might try and avoid that. Also killing Reeds wife means you kinda have to focus on how Reed is handling it more than the others, making the book more about reed.
having a bunch of clues in the books doesnt mean you need to pick them all up to enjoy the story
the same way you dont need to catch all the clues to enjoys shows likes Sherlock or House
Which isn't bad, per se, heaps of people liked Civil War, Secret Invasion, etc. and if thats your thing than good for you
But didnt feel like it need a press conference.
I was hoping for something that had direct involvement from each of the "Marvel Architects", but oh well
Mike Carey on something incredibly vaige..... well Unwritten wasnt entirely clear for the first bunch of issue and turned out to be pretty good... probably will pick up the trade.
I dont really get the point of these ads, the animation always looks a little wonky and the voices arnt amazing.
Then again I guess it has more novelty than the previews which almost every book gets :
This isnt that big of a deal.
Also, I would kind of be amazed if Marvel killed off a big name guy just by having his heart give out.
Really dont like the design, but I have a feeling some guys would be able to make it work :
What happened to Tron looking costume? That was was odd but kinda neat looking, especially compared to this one.
