Name: Winslow Condon

Bio: I love comics. They have been a part of my life since I can pretty much remember. I like to read a bit of everything: indie, cape comics, manga, whatever. I'm not hell-bent on any single character or book, and I'll follow creators that I really like as they hop from place to place. I generally try to spend my money on the good stuff, but I'll get low, and read crap crossover events too. The full spectrum, you know?

April 17, 2013 12:28 pm Ah, the MIND MGMT writer--I didn't put that together--thanks! I've only read a bit of his stuff, but perhaps I will pick this up after all.
April 16, 2013 11:46 am I don't understand, either--but it isn't written by Aaron, so my guess is that it's not part of the current story arc. I'm not going to pick this one up...

February 7, 2013 7:29 pm Jumped aboard Sword of Sorcery with the first issue, because it looked like fun, and it was! Sorry to see it go. Saw at my LCS that there is a telephone-book of the original series. Anyone know if it's worth checking out?

January 22, 2013 12:29 pm I initially missed Donaldson when he left, too--but Brown has chops, and he feels like a better fit for the series, in my opinion.
January 3, 2013 2:36 pm I think I had a similar reaction to the art. I've enjoyed Ming Doyle's work elsewhere, but in this case I found the action sequences lacking in dynamism. A lot of the athletic "poses" looked static and unnatural. I am a Brian Wood fan, though, and am willing to see this through (seeing as it's a relatively short miniseries).
