Great Pages: IRON MAN #128
April 29, 2013 12:44 pm I am being 100% serious when I say that I wish modern day Stark said the phrase "Ah, crud." every once in a while. I don't know why, but I would find that incredibly endearing.

Great Moments in Comics History: More Fun Comics #57
March 28, 2013 9:18 am Whenever people say that Superman is way too powerful, I just think about The Spectre and chuckle to myself. This guy could likely beat Doctor Manhattan in a fight.

The Best of the Week in Panels – 03.06.2013
March 8, 2013 2:26 pm The Phantom Stranger panel reminds me of Bane giving his date flowers in Secret Six: "I wish to mate. Here are the bargaining tokens they told me to purchase. Shall we begin negotiations?"

Preview: DEATHSTROKE #18
March 8, 2013 9:28 am What a fantastic cover. I love the contrast between the detailed roughness of the ninja in the background and the simple smoothness of the blood in the foreground. It's like the image shifts styles from realism to cartooning as it moves forwards.

CANCELPOCALYPSE! DC Axes The Savage Hawkman, Deathstroke, The Fury of Firestorm, Team 7, The Ravagers, & Sword of Sorcery! [UPDATE]
February 7, 2013 6:59 pm Aw, Justin Jordan was just starting to make Deathstroke readable again.
I have to say, I'm surprised that Firestorm outlived as many books as it did. I feel like most readers pegged it as a goner from issue one.

5 Awesome Book to Graphic Novel Adaptations
January 24, 2013 1:31 pm With all of the love this site threw at Ramon Perez during its publication, I thought for sure that Marvel's adaptation of Edgar Rice Burrough's John Carter: The Gods of Mars was going to be at the top of this list.

PREVIEW: HELL YEAH #6
January 21, 2013 12:34 pm This and Danger Club feel like unofficial sister-series to me. I love them both and I feel like it's been forever since we've had an issue of either. Glad to see that Hell Yeah isn't dead yet.
