Name: David Dusbiber

Bio: My wife and I are both huge comic and video game fans. I love a wide range of comics with a focus on the big two in the past. Recently though, I've been dropping lots of Marvel and Dc comics while adding a lot of independent. I don't care what company writes something as long as it's a good comic. And lately I've been learning not to just keep collecting a comic out of habit. My favorite character is Batman although he's been handled badly as of late.

May 15, 2009 2:13 am Well, I'm 40 and have no intentions of stopping any time soon.  or ever really.   the comics I read may fluctuate, my tastes may change, but as long as pull lists continue to exist, I'll be on one.

Skottie Young is the absolute perfect fit for this comic.  I may just get the trade even though I'm getting the floppies already.  This comic is all that is right and good about comics

Looking forward to the Batman related titles:  Oracle and Azrael.  Fables crossover has been good so looking forward to that as well.  Also Wonderful Wizard of Oz.  If you haven't been reading this one PICK UP THE TRADE WHEN IT COMES OUT.  The story and art are truly awesome.  Dumped Zorro last month, never lived up to it's potential in my opinion

BQ:  never thought I had one,  but now I'm allergic to a certain kind of blood pressure pill.

March 4, 2009 3:37 am holy cr@p!  this is the moment i've been waiting so long for and it's finally here!
January 3, 2009 3:50 am went to my comic shop this afternoon to find comics in Oregon have been delayed to monday because of the bad weather. Damn the weather and damn ups who can't man up and deliver anyway. oh well, what's another several days. (knuckles turn white) well I didn't want to read those comics anyway. (keep lying to self till I believe it). what's the definition of addiction again? oh well.

13 comics for me this week.

I am really excited about The Stand.  Any Stephen King fans out there should pick up the tp when it comes out and start reading the next mini for it which comes out later in 09.

Also excited about batman, green lantern, and Captain America.

Wolverine comes out so sporadically, it's hard to remember what happened, maybe I'll wait and read them in one sitting.

December 29, 2008 4:07 am wow, wasted my money on this one
December 29, 2008 4:05 am this series could also be called the continuing psychological torture of Matt Murdock.  This man has had so much crap happen to him, albeit often self inflicted, you can't help but feel sorry for him.  And this issue definitely piles it on deeper.  makes for an entertaining read though.
December 29, 2008 3:59 am Well, without giving any spoilers, this issue really made it clear why Loki is female and that twist was enough to push it to pick of the week for me.
December 25, 2008 2:40 am Just finished reading this issue.  Definitely back on board.  5 stars for me!
