July 8, 2014 10:57 am Another great show… Wasn't paying complete attention to the email issue you guys are having with the site but I just signed up for the yearly membership and I hope my 30 smackers helps out a little bit. I can get over busy and stressed (and forget what the word 'humor' means) but week in and week out its shows like yours that keep me company at my desk. thanks. Also… Moon Knight has been amazing. Im so bummed the team is leaving but Ive heard a lot of good things about the new artist coming on so I will def be at least checking it out. On the flip side… When the Wonder Woman team leaves I am OUT!!! Funny how some creative changes can spur on interest and others can just straight up turn you off.

April 21, 2014 12:57 pm yeah i saw that. sure he was stoked that you replied… happy for him. but again as a listener, i walked away with a different feeling. can't please um all i guess nor should you try. his response and how he heard the answer does not have any thing to do with what i heard… and i took the time to say something. egg on my face. look i may be reacting far too sensitively about this, i know that i am. ill gladly move on. i am happy that this forum exists to say what you feel so i appreciate that.

April 21, 2014 12:14 pm so… im a big fan, i listen every week and always enjoy the program you guys put out. its rad, insightful and funny. but i have to get this off my chest… you guys played a voice mail on this weeks show and i think the guy (matt) said something along the lines of 'your old friend' at which point two of you guys kinda chuckled and made some pretty condescending remarks. maybe im missing something and its all a joke and you do know him. or maybe he is just a fan and has been for a long time and feels like you guys are in his life. maybe he was nervous and something silly came out to make him sound friendly. it could be any million of things… but the reaction, going so far as to bust on where he's from, really left a bad taste in my mouth. it was ever so dickish. i understand that its odd to hear things like that when you are in the public but the thing is you guys chose that voicemail to play on air. if you took issue with his description of your relationship than you shouldn't have aired it. as a listener it made me feel uncomfortable and utterly unneeded. my two cents aint worth spit, but it def made me think about the kind of guys im listening to. Paul still rules.

April 9, 2013 2:36 pm so i found out about W.T. through instagram (im birdsinboxes there as well) and he just kick all sorts of ass. the way i draw changed after i had asked him a few questions and he was super nice about helping me. and as for his work...well its just so clean and full of style. one of my fav artists working today. go get the shadow year one, its a great book and look out for this dude... hes got the goods.

February 28, 2013 12:39 pm DC should set up a 1 900 # again.... i have no doubt that he would be saved. man.... i cant believe this... this sucks. DC is just begging me to never buy any of their books again. fandom should get real loud and angry and make stickers and make posters and blanket comic shops with them...RETURN ROBIN!!

January 14, 2013 4:07 pm mehhh... its a bit of a lifeless universe. All these creator changes seem to only be adding to that. Its weird... even the books that i did have some type of minor interest in, be it for hero or art, i just could not find one reason to care about anymore. Down to batman, batman and robin and swamp thing... and im off swampy when snyder leaves. Its like the whole line just lacks...juice. And also.... why does the new 52 seem even more of a mess than before 52? It shouldnt as we have for the most part of a fresh start... but i think that speaks more to the overall presentation and heavy line wide edditorial hand. hardly anything distinguishes these books apart, each a bit more boring than the next. oh i buy wonder woman also. the new3 for me.

January 10, 2013 1:28 pm This has to be Norm Breyfogle. There were many artist before him when I was younger that introduced me to Batman... But when all is said and done the Batman that is in my heart looks like Norm's. His had energy, style, grace and the most perfect shadows.
