Bio: I'm currently a graduate student at Naropa University, studying Religion. I'm also a nanny and barista. Mostly, I float between grad school and my 4 jobs. April 18, 2009 9:56 am I'm going to say the Ender's Game Battle School adaptation by Christopher Yost with pencils by Pasqual Ferry. The comic lives up to the book without being word for word, and the pencils are absolutely stunning.

Eisner Nominations Announced!

April 8, 2009 11:29 pm I'm so excited that Air got a nomination, I love G. Willow Wilson and Air is one of my favorite books of the past year. Although it does break my heart a little that it is going up against two other books that I love: Fraction's Invincible Iron Man and Moore's Echo. I guess that increases my odds on being happy about who wins that category.
