January 4, 2013 12:38 am I like this list a lot...I too might have changed order a tad, and maybe included a couple of artists I felt overlooked (Goran Parlov on Fury Max, and, although a bit inconsistent, really you can't not have JH3 on a top artists list), but am really looking forward to checking out Ramon Perez, since I value IFanboy's recommendations. I have to, in particular, agree with Fiona Staples, Amanda Conner and Greg Capullo for exceeding expectations, a bit of a rare feat for comic artists these days. Lastly, Fear Agent Jerome Opena was great, but holybejeesus, Avengers Jerome Opena...to me he is recalling panels of Mike Kaluta or P Craig Russell...just so fine. Fine finery. Elegant, donchaknow....

December 6, 2012 12:40 am I have to admit, I thought it was all about David Aja. I thought I didn't really like Matt Fraction. I was terribly, terribly wrong. Let me make myself perfectly clear: seconds after reading this, I was absolutely ecstatic about the fact that I read this....this is one of the best things I've ever read, floppy wise. I've always really loved Pulido, and he did awesome work here, but it's the synergy twixt author and artist that is killing in this series...doubly impressed that that's the case with rotating artists (which is a mechanism I'm not usually down with). Hope to see more of Aja...but I'd kinda like to see Marcos Martin do something for Clint and Kate. BUY THIS COMIC!

November 23, 2012 12:10 am yeah, those were completely amazing...the layout and narrative style (almost like Wagner was nodding at Frank Miller) were mind blowing, the story was riveting and the art..was just..so..amazing. My favourite thing on this list, by a mile. (although I haven't read the Daredevil crossover..but there's no way it could be better short of being written and drawn by Miller!)
