January 19, 2012 10:09 pm Gotta have me some fear agent on here! love that series. but your list is pretty bad ass as well.
January 18, 2012 7:43 pm This book was mind blowing. Scott Snyder keeps raising the bar on this series. I have said it before and I will say it again... single best book out there right now hands down. Scott Snyder's story telling is unparalleled but lets just for a moment talk about the art in this issue. Holy shit it is good. From the depiction of that one crazy eye to the tattering of batman's cape, the art did just as much for the story as the internal dialog from batman. great issue, great story, and great mystery surrounding the entire plot line.
January 17, 2012 10:03 pm Love the fact that the Talon ripped off Batman's utility belt before kicking his ass down into the labyrinth. In my opinion Batman is best depicted as having to rely on both his wit and guile and not just his utility belt. Best book out there by far.
January 16, 2012 6:52 pm I dunno... a mid air kneel down and an inverted katana stab to a giant bat seems a little off. I dont mind Land all that much but some of his stuff just feels forced.
January 7, 2012 10:26 am yes I concur Voodoo heart is awesome
January 7, 2012 10:23 am POTW for me was Animal Man. That issue had me saying out loud on several occasions "oh shit" if a book can do that it certainly has my vote for POTW.
January 3, 2012 3:18 pm I whole heatedly agree. absolutely amazing storytelling and brilliant ending. I closed the book and said "holy shit"
January 3, 2012 2:55 pm The pace you are referring to is actually quite typical of good story telling, especially in the horror genre. This book continues building up its pace with every issue and with every good arc will likely end in a very high paced action packed finale with some sort of cliff hanger, thus resetting the pace of the book and crafting out a new arc.
