February 7, 2013 6:14 pm Pacing issues. Never really thought about it, but they were pretty apparent. Does anyone with any insight into the way things work know if pacing issues like this come down to the writer or the editor?

February 7, 2013 3:56 pm The art doesn't fit the story at all. I'm not sure which editor ok'd Belanger to be a fill in for this, but they made a massive mistake. It did a disservice to everyone involved, including him. It's really too bad. The talents for both Animal Man and Swamp Thing are being wasted on bad decisions.

January 21, 2013 10:26 pm What he said. This show is so much fun, there is nothing wrong with this kind of approach. Spider-man is versatile enough for a multitude of takes that can work quite well, and this is clearly one of them.

January 8, 2013 1:48 am This new Peter Parker has one of the strangest backstories I've read in recent memory. Going to make for some really interesting character moments that I'm looking forward to. Dan Slott is big on not having things ever go completely back to normal.

January 7, 2013 8:19 pm Ponticelli did one of my favorite panels from this run. Would love to see him come back. Lemire's story telling, I feel, is being slightly obstructed by the current art.

January 7, 2013 8:16 pm *cough**choke* races?! This series has been beautifully illustrated and strongly written... But the decompression is starting to get to me. I might just grab this one and wait for the final then read them together. Don't get me wrong, I'll love it, that's just what I'm planning on doing. Same with animal man.
