May 21, 2013 6:28 pm The trailers haven't done anything to spark my interest. This could be the first X-movie that I pass on.
May 10, 2013 6:51 pm I'm a huge Grant Morrison fan, but I'm the first to admit that he can be "super confusing"... when read in issues that is. I used to read his stuff in issue, then end up dropping after a couple. So now I tend to trade wait Morrison's books and I enjoy them much, MUCH more that way. He does use complex narrative structures, or just pain crazy ideas. I think he is best read in chunks. Just a suggestion. Take it or leave it. Gail Simone already had a Wonder Woman run a couple years back. As much as I support and enjoy female characters written by female writers, I just can't get into Simone. And I seriously try her books all the time. Not my thing. For the reasons stated above, I'm very excited to read an Wonder Woman OGN from Morrison.
May 9, 2013 9:21 pm I've read so many good things about the current series, I've already preordered that Vol.2 trade. Maybe I'll dig into the rest after that. Thanks for this list...
March 25, 2013 8:30 pm I absolutely loved Grifter #1. But that faded away after like four issues...
March 21, 2013 8:34 pm Count me with those thinking of trade-waiting. I love most everything about this book: concept, art, characters. But from month-to-month I'm having a hard time following and remembering what happened in previous issues.
March 19, 2013 9:52 pm I love, Love, LOVED the first Mystery Society series. While I'll definitely will miss the Fiona Staples art, I'm very much looking forward to seeing what else Niles can do with these characters. It's my favorite thing i've read from him. That book will be at the top of my stack this week.
March 19, 2013 9:47 pm Sorry folks, but that Titans show looks great. It reminds me of Powerpuff Girls, which was a great show! I'm ready for it.

I was hoping that Damien would leave Gotham with Dick. That "Batman Reborn" era was probably one of my favorite periods in comics. But the Bat-verse really is overcrowded with protégés. It won't hurt to lose one. I say they finally clear up the confusion and make Tim Drake Robin again. Also, I love how DC lets Morrison do whatever the hell he wants.
February 21, 2013 1:48 pm Didn't read Vibe, but JLA was kinda blah to me. The only reason I was interested was to see where they were going with Stargirl. I'm a big Star-legacy fan so I want them to do something good with her. New take on Courtney could be interesting, gave a little mystery to her New 52 origin. They got me enough to get at least one more issue out of my pocket. Hope the story ramps up in the next one.
February 7, 2013 7:53 pm As a long time DC fanboy that really isn't enjoying much of their product these days, I'd rather see them axe a failing book then try to ride it out. I remember them saying at the beginning of the New 52 that they wouldn't wait long to cancel a book that wasn't selling well. I actually think it's a good strategy. Whether that strategy is part/result of a bigger company issue is another thing. But I really don't care. I say they just go with mini series instead of ongoing titles. That would keep the line fresh and maybe everyone wouldn't freak out then a book is cancelled.
