September 2, 2011 11:45 am awesome - as if there are no other event centers in SF that can handle this? Well, I think that this marks the end of Wondercon in SF, they will definitely get a much larger turnout in Anaheim, and probably better guests due to proximity to Hollywood. And I was already pissed that NO stores in northern california did the JLA midnite release.
July 19, 2011 7:20 pm @Siraim: ahahaha. Maybe that will make the next fun list.
July 19, 2011 12:01 pm Is this really supposed to attract new readers, or just cause a ruckus to get people talking about Superman in order for the "talking" to attract new readers?  We have seen these kinds of stunts before and we will see them again.  3 years from now:  Crisis on Infinite Earths 2 - revert.
July 19, 2011 11:55 am I can't wait to find this in the bargain books at Barnes and Nobles, right next to "Sushi for Beginners" and "Marly and Me."
July 19, 2011 11:53 am How about Punisher-Cap, Clone body of Cap Red Skull, 1950s Cap, or best yet, Major Victory
April 14, 2011 7:20 pm Dark Horse has been selling standalone digital comics in iTunes forever. They just never had a store app before.
April 11, 2011 3:39 pm Epic runs? Why has no one mentioned the bendis-bagley ultimate spiderman series, or ennis-mccrea on Hitman? I vote: Hitman Suicide Squad Team Zero JSA Kingdom Come Annihilation Planet Hulk Hush
February 15, 2011 1:12 pm Rebels is by far one of the best books on the market. Same with Doom Patrol. Well, dc is getting that much less of my money.
February 8, 2011 2:04 am I was planning to go with my friends and not only attend panels but also visit dealer booths and make purchases. But I guess comic-con is now more about attending movie panels and sitting in cramped rooms to learn things that will go up on ifanboy or newsarama or cbr only moments later.
January 31, 2011 4:59 pm Really? Who is the target market for this?
