May 10, 2013 2:10 pm Great choices. Acuña's Wolverine is right up there with Rafael Grampá's (and not because of their accent marks!) for me. Love it.
May 9, 2013 2:08 pm My familiarity with the source material (or extreme lack thereof) has zero impact on my excitement for this. Look at that wonderful art! It seems like a fun design remiscent of anime, but also of Legend of Korra.
May 9, 2013 12:22 pm Interesting list! Two others that come to mind... Spider Jerusalem Leon Nunez (well I guess he is a tattoo artist)
May 2, 2013 9:55 am This is the first non-Batman DCU book to be the pick since February 6 with Green Arrow #17. And before that, for a new-52 non-Batman book as Pick you have to go back to March 7 2012 with Swamp Thing number 7. All the other DC published picks were Batman/Batman Inc, web reprints, Before Watchment, Vertigo titles, and Joe Kubert Presents.
April 26, 2013 2:41 pm This whole thing could have been from YA #4. That Cap/Thor page...brilliant.
April 23, 2013 7:51 am I love the first film, and I can't wait to return to Asgard. This trailer reminds me a lot of the first Star Trek Into Darkness teaser. This is not a bad thing.
March 28, 2013 11:35 am Like The Batman, Oroku Saki should always be referred to as The Shredder.
March 5, 2013 1:35 pm Awful lot of Fing Fang Foom looking dragons around too...
March 4, 2013 3:12 pm Thanks Jeff, I had no idea!
March 4, 2013 11:52 am Interesting that the older heroes, who predate the new one (Barry Allen was inspired to take the name Flash from Jay Garrick, right?) are on Earth-2. Really, they should be Earth-1, but I guess since Barry did the discovering, he can call it what he wants.
