TheConfessor

Name: Alexander Cruz

Bio: I've been reading comics for about as long as i can remember. I'm well versed in much of the history of several characters from both marvel and DC. I don't pick sides in which one is better. Both sides are about equal in strength. When I'm not training a new altar boy, fighting crime, performing priestly duties, or being chased by mobs of terrified Shadow hill residents, i usually have my nose in a comic book or drawing one myself. Remember to stay out of alleys after nightfall, especially in Astro City. Sincerly yours:The Confessor

    BEST. CHRISTMAS. EVER.
November 30, 2010 4:16 pm I know I'm late to the party but I just bought this recently and..... I'm almost speechless. This was like my pick of the week! The stories creeped me out, the art just fills me with dread, and the humor just made my day. I mean that two page sequence into the abandoned movie theatre was just mind blowing. One of the best comics i ever read.
November 12, 2010 3:56 pm Damn, i am so sick of hearing "i can't remember what happenend last issue". I guess this is what happens when you buy too many series that you're stuck trying to keep track of so many storylines. Personally i never understood it. In my case i can only buy once in a full moon and stick to a budget. I only buy what i know i will enjoy the most. Then i reread the hell out of the issue or issues. I never forget what happened last time, i may be confused but i don't forget. Just buy what you wanna read and ignore peer preassure. Sheesh!
September 25, 2010 11:55 am That powergirl and Doctor Who/Superman teamup are easily my two favorites. Second goes to mythological Nova. Man these sketches make me sad about two things: that amanda conner isn't drawing powergirl anymore and that the Doctor Who/Superman teamup issue doesn't exist.

Really not intrested in anything that's coming out this week. I'm actually going to pick up some stuff from last week. Probably batgirl #14 from last week.

BQ: It's a battle between strawberry shortcake and carrot cake with creamcheese frosting. Both have to be cold and with a glass of cold milk.

September 11, 2010 1:57 pm High fives molly!
September 11, 2010 1:53 pm OY! @ericmci You are totally overlooking mysterio as a real challenge in an adversary. I mean the man took took control of maggia and played two rival crime organizations against each other! The guy also f'ked around with spidey's head. Hell, when mysterio gets into a fight with Parker you know that the guy is gonna fight dirty. Remember ASM 620 where he kicked spidey in the nads?

June 28, 2010 12:33 pm To tell you the truth ifanboy community, it takes some discipline to make yourself healthy. Yet, it's not impossible. You'll have to change your mindset a little. If you have a lot of cravings drink plenty of water which uses fat as a supplement and eat a handful of nuts before meals. Cut down on the fast foods and the snack foods. When you want something sweet eat fruits. Want soda? Trade it in for some low sugar fruit juice or just blend some fruit, yogurt, and ice together, hell i'm sure lipton iced sweet tea is healthier. For breakfast, eat whole grain cereal which fills you up right, use skim milk, in addition to fruit and juice, eat a spoonful of peanut butter for protein. Having a meal with more fish, chicken, pasta, and vegatables means more more energy. When you get that energy look for ways to exercise. The park is one of the best free gyms ever! You can jog, ride your bike, play baseball, play basketball, and do much more at the park. If you're at the park start off with walking a few laps around the park and then graduate to jogging a few laps. Always have something to motivate you and have someone to support you. Try it for a month or two and i'm pretty sure you'll either feel healthier or lighter. Remember its okay to indulge once in awhile but make sure that that serving of ice cream or cake is a helluva lot smaller than your old portions.
