July 17, 2012 11:54 am I liked ironman 2. Wasn't perfect but, a good effort and well, I can't unwatch it and get my money back. I also liked Sups Return. Not perfect, but, just another take on these malleable characters. Yes, I can criticize crappy work! I really dislike X3 and wish it had never been born! Also dislike anything that M Bay touches. This Spidey was great, it just didn't agree with "some" people, and that is ok, nothing to cry or fret about. Didn't like it? Cool, move on! Just to be more annoying: yes create stuff, just not for money and feel great about it! I also create good times and happy vibes wherever I go. Most of the time. I guess I agree with the writer of this column and the wonderful people that put a lot of effort into creating this movie! Thanks movie studio, Lee and Kirby, Webb and Gardield!
July 16, 2012 7:55 pm My girlfriend and my daughter both loved the movie and so did I. Really liked Garfield's acting and portrayal. I would see this movie again. Honestly, I stopped caring what some petty fans may think. Especially ones that don't really create anything themselves. Great movie for new fans of the character.
July 3, 2012 3:23 pm Im kinda looking forward to this whole bruhaha. Is it morbid of me to derive some sort of pleasure of knowing some fanboys are twitching and turning and pouting over this? Cause I really do. Bring on the future I say! Is not as if there are a lot of comic book buyers out there at the present time. Upside is, this makes everyone else a potential comic book buyer! Me, just in it for the cool, fun stories.
July 3, 2012 1:33 pm Ha! Now this is news that will get some people's panties all rolled up in a bunch! Didn't read all the comments but I'm certain they are hilarious! Some may not even be able to sleep tonight. It's Marvel's toys / property, they can do with it whatever they want, or better said, whatever they think will make them a profit so, good on you Marvel. I'm just the guy who may or may not read the comics they publish so I have little to say or do. Except buy or not buy the comics. Good on you Marvel for prepping you property for the next generation. Good luck!
June 27, 2012 3:19 pm For the most part, I try to not let my science background interfere with the enjoyment of the comics I read. Sure, some gaffes are really blatant and can pull you out but... its just comics. Then again, I haven't read superhero comics in a while so, there you go.
March 31, 2012 2:27 pm Pilgrim fans are the coolest, smartest and tasteful fans. Your comments prove this. You guys rock. Is it colorful or colourful? Can't figure out which is correct and won't bother looking it. I'll use the one with the "u" even thou I'm from Canada, looks nicer. The books look awesome! we'll see if I can level up from poor to getting-by by then.
March 30, 2012 2:47 pm While all the boxes may seem bad monologues to self, there is a lot of truth behind their existence. Kenny Powers is full of this. He narrates to himself all the time. I bet there may be a whole lot of similaritites between the writer of this and Mr. Powers. Except K. Powers is a fictional comedic character meant to entertain us with an exagerated and humorous view of certain personalities that exist. And I'll leave it at that.

November 10, 2011 10:49 am I love these movies and comics but... sometimes knowing too much is just silly. I think I gots "spoiler fatigue". Not that it spoils anything, just kinda takes the surprise of seeing cool shit happen without expecting it. Mind, my curiosity does get the better of me when I see these headlines. Looks cool I guess.
