http://www.spiderfail.org is real?

August 6, 2009 6:35 pm You know what, this book has every symptom of a series that gets unjustly canceled. It's dense, snappy, beautiful and has great characters. Sounds like a Captain Britian to me. I'll buy it nonetheless. I just hope that Marvel tries to buttf*ck people with the trade price.

@valo: First of there was a couple of story threads that never took, the same goes for alluded themes that were left aside in order to move the Otaku critiscm foward. The reputation of NGE basically comes from the last act. It's quirky and totally from the left field, and I love that, but there's a clear cut from the main story that wouldn't happened without the occurence of some events. On a deeper level of the work you can basically see the flaws. From the long cope out shots that deluded fans use to theorize and clear contrariness on the critiscm of Otaku by giving that crowd new material for their obsession.
