Really, people need to read EULAs and Terms of Use before clicking the ok-button.  If you think they're "bullshit," then don't agree to them. Unless said otherwise, you typically *are* buying a license to view instead of an actual "product." Not to say such terms make sense half of the time, but the fine print usually spells out what you're getting into if you take the time to read it.
