February 9, 2011 8:18 pm Man, they really need to make a feature length movie. The launch trailer was fantastic - when Wonder Woman screams and Superman opens his eyes and rockets towards Earth I got chills. The way he mand-handles Black Adam really conveyed his power.
February 6, 2011 12:04 am My 6 year old twins and my 11 year old all love the new Avengers cartoon. They came upon it themselves, did me proud to see them diggin on it. My daughter loves "Thorn" - I haven't had the heart to correct her. :)
January 26, 2011 8:37 pm @powerdad Yes, you expressed it perfectly. If I hadn't known this was a supposed "death" issue, I would have just assumed it was the usual comic cliffhanger. You nailed it.
January 26, 2011 12:29 pm Having read the issue, it felt it was a pretty lame death scene.
We see Johnny get swamped by the creatures, and then the portal closes. It so obviously leaves room for some sort of deus ex machina contrivance to bring him back at a later date. Really "meh."
January 11, 2011 2:47 pm Congrats iFanboy, and thanks for getting me back into comics.
Thanks to you guys I've even gotten my 10 year old son into comics, and it's great to see that love for a medium passed down to a new generation. It also has him reading more, a huge plus ;).

Hey, look at me, I'm Douchey Vocabulary Guy!
I believe it's "wont", not "want", as in:
"We will be all over the con this year, running around, as is our wont, like camera toting fools."
I only say it because I care. :D
