Pick of the Week #451 – All-Star Western #34
September 3, 2014 11:04 pm Yep, I've finally hit an episode I'm avoiding -- completely because my shop didn't get All Star Western last week. And while I've got an idea of how things will play out because of teasers, I can't listen until I've read this issue.

Pick of the Week #450 – The Fade Out #1
August 26, 2014 12:38 am Thanks for the recommendations guys! We're both a fan of live music, so we'll definitely have to check out the venues that were mentioned. We're really super excited for the trip! So far we've got beach camping, a trip to the Bradbury Building, and a short jaunt on the One on tap, in addition to the capper of our trip, quite possibly the most ridiculous thing we've ever attempted to do -- Wasteland Weekend.

August 4, 2014 2:11 pm If it's the science fiction setting you don't like, you should check out Bitter March, Remender's retro SHIELD mini. It really captured the feel of 60's Bond perfectly.

Pick of the Week #446 – Ragnarok #1
July 29, 2014 9:49 pm Thanks for answering my question guys! And yeah, the wife early on said, "My home will NOT look like we decorated in early dorm."
I ended up getting the Itoya 13 x 19 portfolio folder and while I only have a few pieces in it so far -- a couple of Kevin Maguire prints, a Rafael Albuquerque print, and a Neal Adams print, it's working out great. That said, I now totally understand the issues involved with shelving DC's Wednesday Comics.

Pick of the Week #445 – Life with Archie #36
July 21, 2014 9:51 pm And here I thought I was the only one who remembered Sigurd Jarlson! That said, I *think* that was just a name Thor adopted when he gave up the Don Blake identity.
