February 11, 2013 10:45 am I see what you're getting at, but I think there are many women who would want to disagree with you. Better quit before you're too far down this rabbit hole.
February 5, 2013 11:28 am Paul, you just sold some copies of that book. Ordering it now.
February 5, 2013 11:26 am Not comparing yourself really spoke to me. That's an easy trap to fall in to. Also, the reminder that it took Bendis 10 years to get going. Thanks guys!
February 1, 2013 10:13 am Let me clarify: I'm uncomfortable knowing the Littles.
February 1, 2013 10:09 am Yeah, that was subtle. I'm also uncomfortable with how quickly I noticed that one of the Littles was hanging out in the tree.
January 18, 2013 3:38 pm Adios, Ronald Richards. Thanks for the intelligence, good humor, and excellent taste. Your perspective and enthusiasm will be missed greatly. That being said, I know you'll be able to do more good for our beloved hobby over at Image in your new position. I am sure you will help steer that big beautiful ship called Image to safe harbors. Godspeed. See you around! And The Internet's Paul Montgomery! Obviously a better choice could not be made. I look forward to your first official show and POW, and I know you won't disappoint. Congratulations!
January 18, 2013 10:25 am I can't call anything out this week. They're all too awesome. I love art.
January 15, 2013 1:17 pm I went to Jim Hanley's Universe in NYC on Thursday, and they were completely sold out. Then I went to two other stores in my area on Long Island, and they were sold out too. So now do I wait for a reprint, wait for the trade, or read it digital for the first issue? DECISIONS.
January 10, 2013 11:42 am Norm Breyfogle, hands down. When I think about my definitive Batman, I think of dramatic poses and clever uses of shadow and light. No artist has had a solid run on this type of execution like Norm Breyfogle. He brings a sketchiness of line to Gotham that reflects the uneven moral foundation that Batman swings through each and every night. When I think of Batman artists, I think of Norm Breyfogle.
December 14, 2012 4:27 pm You just made my day.
