Alright, I’ll admit it. I got a little misty eyed when Warren got the “Picard in ‘The Inner Light’” treatment…

It’s Hard Out Here For a Fanboy
April 26, 2013 3:46 pm No. It's not hard. They made a multi-million dollar movie out of something you love. Watch the movie or don't. Talk about it with people or don't. Comics will never be mainstream and they'll never be "water cooler" material. Big deal. Everyone saw it, no one will read the source material, it happens all the freaking time with every movie and TV adaptation ever. I love "A Song of Ice and Fire," and I don't like the "Game of Thrones" show. So? I don't watch the show, and I don't talk to people about it at the water cooler. The fact that it's successful just means it'll probably force George R.R. Martin to finish those books sooner rather than later. And Iron Man 3 being successful means you get more Iron Man comics.

The Best of the Week in Panels – 12.05.2012
December 7, 2012 4:27 pm Really digging All New X-Men. (Present) Scott coming to terms with becoming a Neo-Magneto/old school Wolverine/not so nice man is fantastic. I still don't know how I feel about the young X-Men being in the present, but I'm cool with it as long as it's not a long term thing.

ALL-NEW X-MEN #2
November 27, 2012 9:57 pm I'm pretty sure when this cover was revealed, I read somewhere that Marvel confirmed that woman actually is NOT Rachel Grey. They didn't say who it was, just that it wasn't her. I could be wrong though.

ALL-NEW X-MEN #2
November 27, 2012 9:56 pm I actually liked the first issue much more than I thought I would. The Cyclops/Wolverine role reversal actually works for me. As long as they can continue to portray Scott as a badass without painting him as evil, I'm on board.

How to Behave Like a Human Being at Conventions
November 8, 2012 2:49 pm I've never been to a con, but I have to admit, I would probably stare before doing the little mental "snap out of it" move in my head. That said, I really can't understand how it would be that difficult to NOT take pictures, be vulgar to, or touch another person.

IRON MAN #1
November 7, 2012 11:16 pm I bought this book not realizing Greg Land was doing the art, then I opened it up and said "oh, son of a..." Needless to say, I will not be picking up any more of this title until he's been replaced.

October 10, 2012 – Uncanny Avengers #1
October 12, 2012 9:55 pm @Ron - I know you're getting a lot of Batman backlash here, but I was just curious: was there something in particular you disliked about Batman? Or was it just straight up that you liked Avengers more? And if so, why?
