October 30, 2012 2:16 pm @conor stated, "...As the opening of the article says, this is only a list of the new series." Noted, but the headline is inaccurate, misleading and down right false. In truth, it shouldn't be called a 'Definitive Guide to Marvel NOW!, but rather "A Guide to the New Series of Marvel NOW!" Not as catchy mind you, but needs no buried caveats.
October 30, 2012 1:28 pm Thanks for doing this! No Red She-Hulk? Technicality, I know, but they slapped the Marvel NOW! tag on it.
October 26, 2012 2:12 pm To that I say...true. My middle brother had every issue of Howard the Duck and they all went up in flames the day his house burned down. It was an incredible series of work. Not a cheap thing to have to replace. ...oh, and my brother made it out in time so thanks for asking.

October 24, 2012 12:03 pm *80% of comic book buying is addiction. The other 20% is curiosity, peer pressure and reality of finances. In other words, Marvel knows their average customers will bitch about the 20%, but will, 9 out 10 times, act on the 80%. @SigurdJarlson - So, I'm gonna guess you'll end up buying this title (even if double-shipped). You, and others, may not like the pricing structure, but will, in the end, buy it. Starting is easy, walking away is hard. It's not like you can return it if you don't like the product. The publishers know this too. BTW, love seeing The Falcon on the cover and the Hickman/Opena duo can't be beat. I'm thumping the vein NOW!
October 17, 2012 8:18 am I agree. I really enjoyed these characters in the past and look forward to seeing the new take on them. We'll get at least 3 issue with them!
October 14, 2012 12:18 pm Very good first issue! Well worth the purchase. Menton3's unique art complimented the writing by Niles to create a moody, surreal feel to this new world of Vampires and Robots.
October 13, 2012 9:14 am @Paul - After a second reading, I realize you meant Dave Sim's High Society, not the magazine by the same name. I was starting to wonder what kinds of going-ons took place at the cabin....and why I wasn't invited ;)
October 12, 2012 3:30 pm @walterwhite - If DC publishes THE WAKE, as solicited, they are forcing me to buy it. I have no choice in the manner. It should be illegal to allow that much talent to coalesce in one comic book!
October 12, 2012 3:24 pm This sounds 'out of this world'!
